Tiranga Meri Shaan

An initiative by Sheel Madhur IPS, Retd. Former DGP in Haryana state and presently president of Saadar India (A Charitable society registered since 2008) Working for the welfare of the society and committed for making India strong in real sense of term.

The Mission aims to reach out each and every household of the country with Tiranga and it's message that all the supreme ideals and values associated with it like values of patriotism, sacrifice, humanism, security, peace, development, truthfulness and creation of opportunity of growth and happiness for all, must be the guiding principles in our day to day life and we must make all the endeavours possible to fulfill the dreams, hopes and aspirations of the citizens of our country, that is, an independent India. That Tiranga is not only a symbol of independent India, But also the pride of all Indians.

India is a big country with lots of diversities in the form of various languages, religions, castes, and geographical differences as well. As such to weave them all in one string is very essential because all the diversities if woven together will result in making the country very strong. The Emotion of and passion for patriotism is the key to melt all the diversities and give strength to the country.

Through various efforts especially the Tiranga Samman mission and its slogan Tiranga Meri Shaan we can enhance and strengthen the feeling of patriotism in the country to make our country really every strong -- A Super Power.

Besides, it may also be noted that almost every country in the world celebrates its National Flag Day every year but in our country, so far, in spite of 74 years of completion of independence the governments have not been able to declare our National Flag Day, Tiranga Diwas, in our country. Therefore, as announced by Shri Sheel Madhur, during Tiranga Samman March at Lal kila on 28 of February 2021, we are making our best efforts possible to get 22nd July as our country's National Flag Day that is, Tiranga Diwas, because on 22nd of July 1947, Tiranga, our National Flag was adopted in its present existing form by the Constituent Assembly after lots of deliberations on the issue of the shape colour and other parameters for independent India's National Flag. This year on 22nd of July 2021 we at our end did celebrate the Tiranga birthday in Gurgaon though on a smaller scale due to covid pandemic. On this occasion we reiterated our commitment to make all the best efforts possible to ensure that the government declares a provision for National Flag Day for our country at the earliest.

Further, in continuation of our efforts, again on 10th of August 2021 we organised Tiranga Samman samaroh near Jantar Mantar in New Delhi under the leadership of Sri Sheel Madhur in which we again voiced our demand for declaration of 22nd July as our National Flag Day, Tiranga Diwas. We celebrated completion of 74 years of independence on 15 Aug 2021 at Gurgaon in which we again resolved to fight for National Flag Day in our country and also resolved to take the message of Tiranga throughout the country in each house so that every citizen becomes more patriotic and committed for Nation building.

It was also decided to motivate the people and organise the masses in general to struggle for the cause.

Shri Sheel Madhur exhorted the petriots assembled there and gave the new slogan of "Har Har Tiranga - Ghar Ghar Tiranga" to Enthuse people so that the movement for Tiranga becomes stronger.

He also appealed to the people to unite and join the movement of Tiranga Meri Shaan to give due regard and respect to the Tiranga which symbolises not only the pride of the country but also the hopes and aspirations of the people of the country.
